Please find the Warwick Annual Safety Notice as well as Fire Evacuation Plan, Individual Emergency Preparedness check list you can complete for future use, and Annual notice regarding gas stove knobs. We are also including the LINK to the NYC Apartment Preparedness guide. You will also receive this important information by mail in the next few days. Please take time to review. The Annual Safety Notice and Gas stove Notice requires a response in writing by February 15, 2020. You have 2 options to complete the forms: Go paperless -complete and submit HERE - takes 2 minutes to submit! Complete fillable forms, print out and sign and place under Orlando’s door – apartment 1L. If we have not received a response by February 15th NYC requires a representative from the building – our Super, Orlando – inspect apartments that have not complied. Just a reminder for shareholders we have a Town Hall this Thursday to talk about finances, see below. In addition, New Bedford Management has changed property managers assigned to our building. Instead of Bob Burke, Maria Pietrzak, will be our property manager. Mary Ann Basrudin will continue as our assistant property manager. Signs, website, notices will be updated this week. Please add Maria's information to your contacts/phone, etc. If you are a Sponsor tenant, please contact your landlord for building issues other than emergencies.
