The Annual Safety Notice and Gas stove Notice requires a response in writing by February 15, 2020.
You have 2 options to complete the forms:
Go paperless -complete and submit HERE - takes 2 minutes to submit!
Complete fillable forms, print out and sign and place under Orlando’s door – apartment 1L.
If we have not received a response by February 15th NYC requires a representative from the building – our Super, Orlando – inspect apartments that have not complied.
