Please find important information attached from our FISP contractor, Skyline Restoration.
If anyone is extra cautious and would like their AC removed, we will provide free storage in the basement. You will need to make your own arrangements for removal and re-installation. If you are interested, please contact Eugene Gardner or Orlando. Please note - Orlando is not permitted to remove or install AC units at any time. The Warwick will only arrange and pay for professional removal and re-installation of units that are required to be removed by Skyline and our engineer.
Skyline will continue to prepare drops 1-7 tomorrow to begin actual work Monday, May 22. These drops include the "O" and "H" lines. The "G" and "J" lines are nearby and should take every precaution with closed windows, etc. These first drops are expected to be completed by June 7, weather permitting. The plan is to continue work on 77th st., then 35th avenue, then 76th st. then the back garden again for the west side.
Residents are responsible to keep track with the enlarged drawings in the lobby where RED stickers mark where work is in progress. Please note the hallway windows on the east side need to stay closed while work in progress. Do not open for any reason while work in progress.
The shed installation will start next week and be up for the duration of the project.
We apologize for the many emails and inconveniences. Any questions, please contact Eugene Gardner.
Sincerely,
Warwick Board of Directors
