7/29/2017

Dear Warwick "K" and "L" line residents
The building's engineer and Skyline will be conducting a water test on the "K" and "L" lines Monday morning (July 31) from 9am-12noon to test completed repairs.
Expect "hard rain" simulated conditions along both lines. Please make sure your windows are closed and locked to prevent water entering your apartments.
An information sheet is attached for your reference where spray bar testing will be conducted.

FISP Update July 22

7/22/2017

Dear Warwick Residents;
We are almost half way through our FISP project!

Please see updated schedule information below. In addition --

Monday July 24:
  • A water spray test will be conducted on the "L" line to test leak repairs from 9am-1pm. If you live on the L or nearby M or K lines please make sure your windows are closed tight to avoid water entering your apartment.
  • The juliet balconies on the 3rd floor near the "M" and "L" lines will be undergoing lead abatement (removal) on Monday- Wednesday in preparation for painting to match the fire escapes.
  • As we did with the fire escapes, Skyline has hired a professional lead abatement company to remove the lead safely. You can review more on lead on the EPA website.

Trash Chutes out of service

7/21/2017

Dear Warwick residents
Milton Rivera, our covering Super, has just notified us that the trash chutes are out of service. The compactor vendor will be coming tomorrow morning to evaluate and repair the units on both sides.
In the meantime, please do not place garbage down the trash chutes.

Milton and Jose, our porter, would appreciate it if you can bring bagged trash to the bins in the basement by each elevator.

We will let you know when things are back in order.

Eugene Gardner
Director of Management
