The only exceptions are pre-approved moves or deliveries that will be coordinated with Orlando.
Amsterdam Restoration will be setting up various scaffolds for the engineer inspections. Work will continue on 77th st.
For your safety and those of Amsterdam employees please do not enter, exit, or "pass through" the back garden until further notice.
If your apt. faces 77th st. or the back please close/lock your windows and keep your blinds closed for privacy Monday-Friday 8-5.
Work will be weather dependent.
Please continue to report signs of leaks on exterior walls to Orlando.
