The Back Garden will remain closed through next week for the continuation of FISP repairs.
Amsterdam is continuing work in the back and on the west side of 35th Ave.
Work is weather dependent.
The garden closure includes all times, day/night/weekend and "passing through" from the back entrance or exiting through the basement. The only exception is management pre-approved moves, deliveries or contractors.
No work on Thanksgiving, Thursday, November 26.
If you are on drops 4/5/6 (D/E lines) drop 11 (J line) keep your windows closed and locked with blinds closed for privacy while work in progress Monday-Friday 8am-5pm. Make sure no fragile items are near your outside wall. Work will also commence on the east side hallways.
Bubbling paint, damp walls, stains, etc. and report to Orlando 646-209-8530 as soon as possible.
Thanks to you we are able to capture areas for inspection and repairs.
