Dear Warwick residents
The Back Garden will remain closed through next week for the continuation of FISP repairs. Amsterdam is continuing work in the back and on the west side of 35th Ave. Work is weather dependent. The garden closure includes all times, day/night/weekend and "passing through" from the back entrance or exiting through the basement. The only exception is management pre-approved moves, deliveries or contractors. If you are on drops 4-8 (D/E lines) keep your windows closed and locked with blinds closed for privacy while work in progress Monday-Friday 8am-5pm. Make sure no fragile items are near your outside wall. Work is finishing on the last drop in the back - east side hallways, drop 15. On Wednesday December 9th and Thursday December 10th, Pro Concrete will be returning for repairs and to provide maintenance to the front cobble stones. We will be re-directing residents to use the west side back entrance for entry/exit while work is in progress. We are trying to complete this before Amsterdam installs the final bridge for the "N" line and before temperatures are below freezing. Please continue to report bubbling paint, damp walls, stains, etc. to Orlando 646-209-8530 as soon as possible, especially after recent heavy rain. Thanks to you we are able to capture areas for inspection and repairs. Warwick Board of Directors New Bedford Management Dear Warwick residents
All plumbing repairs are complete. The laundry room is open. The boiler has now completed filling after welding repair and the burner will be started for heat and hot water. Hot water, water pressure and heat will increase slowly, particularly taking longer for higher floors. If you notice "brown" water, run your faucets until debris clears. Initial "coughing" "sputtering" is not unusual. For persistent issues, please contact Orlando. 646-209-8530 Thank you for your patience!! Dear Warwick residents
